In order to find solutions and rebuild from recession lows, it’s important to know what a recession is and what impact it has on ordinary working people. When a slump extends to all parts of the economy and goes on for over half a year, that’s called a recession. The main period of the recession goes by quickly enough, but the hard part is the long and difficult road back to normalcy. Ramon Desage is not exempted to experiencing recession, but with Ramon Desage diversion of priorities he was able to rebuild from recession slumps.

Jobs: The most alarming aspect of a recession is the massive unemployment. The subprime mortgage crisis of 2008-09 has pushed unemployment to 10%. Individual states have even higher unemployment, with the worst states hitting record levels of 16 to 20%. What’s worse is that a large part of the workforce has simply given up trying to find jobs and settled for minimum-wage or welfare.

The way out is to teach workers new skills and ramp up infrastructure spending that can create new jobs right away. It needs an immediate injection of billions of dollars on highway projects and airports and construction. Another big help can come in the form of green jobs. This is an exciting new field, where millions of jobs are up for the taking in all sectors that need a green makeover.

Quality of Life: Even where a person still has a job, a recession forces cutbacks in other ways. This is what Ramon Desage diversion of priorities is talking about. Employer benefits and government services are slashed, and it gets harder to pay all the bills. Families end up losing cars and homes, and they give up going out to eat and taking trips and anything that isn’t essential.

In times like these, the world gets divided into haves and have-nots, and it is the duty of the haves to support those less fortunate. Government needs to do its part and provide free services, financial help and extra benefits for the unemployed. Employers need to understand the dire situation employees are in and add to the healthcare and other benefits, not cut them.

Debt: For those still trying desperately to hold on to status symbols from better times, the payments get more difficult without the income. Debt piles up and makes the situation worse. This needs large-scale government aid, with bailouts for banks and loans written off for those who need a chance to get back on their feet. Easy access to debt counselors makes things a lot easier.

To summarize, trying to rebuild from recession rock-bottoms has no quick-fixes. The advice of Ramon Desage diversion of priorities is just one fix to help you go about recession. It takes years for people to get back up to a pre-recession way of life. But it is possible to make it less painful with help from local, state and federal aid and a social fabric that provides a safety net for getting over the real and mental anguish.
